2. Non-Defective Products:
   If you are not satisfied with your purchase but the product is not defective or damaged, we still accept returns. You can return unused, unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

2. Return Shipping:

   • For defective or damaged products, Valuerbuys will cover the return shipping costs.

   • For non-defective products, the return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
